I do so enjoy reading your blog!! Love the picture of the "strawberry smile", it made me smile!! The story of the of the "whistling chaser" is something I can relate to, have had my own experience with those!! My ds loves them because it is his way of getting a "rile" at of his mom(me!) I managed this year to ban them, though we still have a package that I need to HIDE!!! Somehow we ended up with a pack of them from the fireworks stand, even though ds did not light any up! Have a wonderful day!! Beautiful Blessings~ Kelly Maria ~KRamsey of the Mitford BB~
Somehow I have missed EVER hearing this story. ???? Guess I was way down South or overseas maybe or dealing with my own children - just too darned preoccupied with my own life - to fully appreciate the hilarity of your experience. Well, I'm fully appreciating it now and practically rolling on the floor laughing my hiney off. :):) :) Big Sis
btw, who is that too grown up looking strawberry smiling gal?? Can't be our own "Miss Hilarity"?!?!

I guess I'm a "Jane of all trades" and a master more or less at some of them. I always have a project of some kind in my hands. I am also fascinated with herbs and herbal medicine. I love to explore the woods and the creek bank with one of my plant identification guides and see if I can learn a new plant name and its uses. Mother to 3 daughters, grandmother to 3 girls and 2 boys. The first grand dubbed me "Lovie" when she began talking and I've been Lovie ever since. Even my sons-in-law call me Lovie. Well, one them does. The ohter calls me "Yuffy", but that is another story.
